The ProVision 2 requires only a single stationary position of the scanned subject for a 1.5-second scan to detect metal and non-metal objects or explosives. The system does all the work with no special movements required of the scanned subject.


ProVision 2 uses safe millimetre radio wave (MMW) technology with no X-rays or ionizing radiation, and employs an image-free privacy system.

SafeView creates a 3-D black and white image that reveals even smaller concealed objects, allowing image analysts to identify contraband, weapons, explosives and other banned items.


The 3-D image can be blurred in the face or other areas of the body to maintain privacy, and gender routing software permits images to be allocated to screeners of the same gender.
